The bathroom was delightful A little disappointed that there was no room service menu for breakfast, especially as the evening meal on the room service menu was so good. Staff were polite and helpful Recommended

nice stay, excellent service (laundry was fast and efficient ) , Double room should have one only large bed ! excellent brakfast but coffe was not strong enaugh

The hotel was very nice. It is about 15 minutes, if that, from the airport. It is also not far from the Chamartin Metro which is a straight shot to all the happenings in Madrid. Of much joy to me was that it also had internet access. The single rooms are very small by State standards but the design maximizes the use of the space. No complaints.

A fantastic hotel which has not lacked any detail.Ideal for take a break from the hustle and bustle. The negative note is its location, too far from the city centre.

I have to travel to Madrid several times a year and always choose Hotel Nuevo Madrid. Both treatment and care services and comfort, make me feel at home. My opinion is entirely satisfactory, and I recommend it to anyone they may have to spend a few days in Madrid, whether for work or for leisure. In both cases, you will be happy. A greeting.

It is a comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. To be removed from the Centre enjoying a total silence to sleep and rest. The view on the M30 is amazing!

Highly recommended hotel, book in advance to get the best price, facilities are modern and very pleasant hotel, the nearest metro is a little far away, but bus line 29 leaves you to 100 m.

The hotel is fine, what I liked most is the human capital of the same. Attention at reception and especially the friendliness and the treatment of the waiters in the restaurant. I have hosted these past two weekends.The room where I have stayed last time I liked less but In general I am happy. In fact I again have a course next month and I'll certainly stay at this hotel.
