Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made at HOTEL NUEVO MADRID directly before the 16 hours before the day of arrival to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel can charge the first night's stay.
In the event that the client was not present and does not advise the hotel you will be billed the cost of the first night.
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. The hotel reserves the right to check their cards to verify their authenticity.

The children sleep in an extra bed mandatory that are available on request. Only one child per room.
2 children are allowed to share extra when they younger than 5 years (by adding extra cost of extra bed)
