FACILITIES
- All facilities are disinfected daily.
- Protective screens in customer service areas.
- The lifts can only be used by one person at a time, or at most by two who share the same room.
- Waiting points for being attended at reception or the cafeteria are clearly indicated.
- The access to the stairs, lifts, cafeteria o restaurant is limited to avoid crowding certain areas.
- Rooms are disinfected daily.
- Room keys are thoroughly sanitised.
- Our linen with BIOLAVADO hygiene certificate, towels and bedding are washed four times at high temperature.
- We have removed all carpets and plaids from the rooms. Only freshly laundered or disinfected fabrics are taken into the rooms.
- We have included hand sanitiser, gloves and masks in our amenities sets.
- TV remote controls and telephones are sanitised in all rooms.

GUESTS
- Guests should wear gloves and masks at all times except to eat.
- Hand sanitiser dispensers are available in all common areas. Their use is highly recommended.
- Shoes and luggage will be disinfected before entering the hotel.
- Avoid touching any surfaces insofar as possible.
- Access to restaurant or cafeteria common areas with prior reservation.
- Limit the use of the lift to one person at a time and use the access areas indicated by the hotel.

- The team will have their temperature taken daily.

- Movements between departments will be avoided unless strictly necessary.

CATERING
- Until breakfast can be served in the common areas, it will be delivered by room service. Guests will soon be able to choose between having breakfast at a table and having it delivered by room service.

- Orders will be served covered and following all safety measures.
- Minibars will be stocked with a wider variety of drinks until we are permitted to reopen the cafeteria.
